C# Yellow Book Updates

Spent today working on the next version of the C# Yellow Book. I’ve removed the errors that folks have reported (thanks for that, and keep them coming) and I’m updating the section on Windows Forms interfaces to cover WPF and XAML. It should be available for free download at the start of September.
